  So much went wrong with our Valentine's Day meal. I know it's a challenging time for restaurants, but the limited prix fixe menu should have helped.
  
  I am not exaggerating when I say we waited over an hour and forty minutes to get our appetizer (I timed it). And no one stopped by our table to update us until after we had been waiting for over an hour. The staff were all clearly in a state of panic, and there was no management on the floor to help smooth things over.
  
  When the food arrived, it was all tragically over salted. My entree, which was a beautiful piece of filet was prepared medium well, not medium rare as I had requested. Again, it was so salty that I couldn't finish it and didn't want to take it home. I would have sent it back, but it took over two hours to get it and I was afraid of how long it would take to get another. We should have walked out, but I felt held hostage by the fact that it was Valentine's Day and we had no other reservations or options.

  While waiting for the rest of my group to arrive, I saddled up to the bar for a drink. The bar manager, Kenton, was on point with both service and knowledge. It was a great start to a great dining experience.

  The atmosphere here is very fancy and yet quiet. The staff were very knowledgeable. The food was amazing. I loved my scallops and my boyfriend ordered the perfect steak. We will definitely be back for another date night.
