  The prices are way better than Dillion's. Its close to a Hyvee Gas Station, so it is very convenient to go grocery shopping, get rewarded depending on what you buy, and use those rewards on gas: last week i got 91 cents off PER GALLON on gas.
  The employees are the most HELPFUL employees I've ever encountered - they will stop what they are doing immediately to help you with anything you need; very polite!

  I do most of my grocery shopping here. I rarely don't find what I am looking for, especially when it comes to food items. The pharmacy service had also always been excellent, and they are the only pharmacy I use. They have a specialty food section, for items like gluten free, organic, and other health conscious choices. They even have an aisle dedicated to sports nutrition, as well as bulk items like oats, trail mixes, nuts, etc.
  
  They have a lovely floral section that I always stop and check out while I am there. The produce is locally sourced whenever possible. Beauty items such as make up are a slim selection compared to other stores, but they do have the basics. Nice hair care selection, though limited dye varieties. They offer holistic items as well, such as aromatherapy and essential oils. Decent selection of pet food, but limited selection of items such as pet grooming & medicines.
  
  They have a rotating availability of miscellaneous household and clothing items that are always worth a look, and at respectable prices, as well as seasonal/holiday items. They also carry quality kitchen items (I recently purchased a new cutting board from here made of recycled plastics).
  
  The only 'negative' I have is that the one time that I ate from their Chinese Deli, I was not impressed. I had broccoli beef that tasted like beef stew. This however was nearly two years ago and I can't speak for the current taste. They have a restaurant attached to the deli section where you can order food and drinks, and the staff truly make you feel welcome.
  
  Overall, I am a huge fan of this store. The staff seem happy and enjoy being there, and they definitely brighten your day!

  It's nice to shop in a clean and uncrowded store. There's never more than a couple minutes wait to check out. Thats why I give it 5 stars.

  Hy-Vee has friendly staff and a very good delivery service. They are always on time and have efficiently packed my goods. This makes it very easy when they transfer my order to my hands.
