  This is consistently the slowest drive-through I've ever been to. Today, had the worst experience yet when I finally waited through the line and got to order, they informed me that it would be another 10-15 minutes before they could take my order.. unacceptable.

  Always understaffed. One time, drive was wrapped around the building so we went inside. There was no one inside who could take our order. When we tried to leave, an employee had slipped out and locked the doors... but inside and out... and it was only 7pm! Another time, we saw our food sit on the end of the prep counter, ready, for over 10 minutes, with them busy selling food around it to drive the whole time instead of stopping for a few seconds to put it on the front counter where we could pick up our food! Needless to say, our food was cold.
  Trash cans are always overflowing and tables are always dirty.
